I called ken about a problem with the heating system and he was able to come out immediately. I am so happy with his attention to detail. Ken was very concerned about doing the best job possible for me, you could tell because of his attitude. He actually ended up charging me less than we initially agreed upon because a part ended up not being broken just needed cleaning, he easily could have told me that it needed to be replaced. He’s Honest! I recommend him very highly.
