I called Butler Roofing on 9/1 and left a message about having my roof repaired. I received a call back and they were planning to send someone out to take a look at the roof and call me back. One week later I had heard nothing from Butler so I called again and was told my address had been lost and they would send someone out to look at the roof and give me a call. Another week passed by with no call so I called them again and left another message for some one to call me and give me a time line on when this was going to happen. I waited a day and a half an still no call so I called them again a 4th time and told them I would be taking my business else where and not to send anyone out to my home. I am very displeased at the lack of service from them and plan to share my view with co workers and family. I will be going to the local BBB and online consumer rating agencies to make sure my voice is heard and no one will have to go through what I did to get their roof repaired.
